思政教育融入高职院校“刑事诉讼法”教学的探索

Exploration of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Criminal Procedure LawTeaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

为完成“立德树人”这一教育的根本任务,高职院校陆续开展“课程思政”的改革与实践,将专业课程与思政教育想结合。“刑事诉讼法”是大部分高职院校法律专业的课程之一,也是开展思政教育的重要途径。文章探讨“刑事诉讼法”思政教育的必要性,研究课程中的思政教学目标和思政教育资源,探索利用杜威“五步教学法”进行课堂教学与思政教育的方法,将知识传授与价值引领相结合,使法学知识教育和思想政治教育融为一体、相得益彰。

In order to complete the fundamental task of"Strengthening Morality Education",higher vocational colleges have carried out the reform and practice of"Ideological and Political Education in Courses",combining professional courses with ideological and political education.Criminal procedure law is one of the courses for law students in most vocational colleges,and it is also an important way to carry out ideological and political education.This paper discusses the necessity of ideological and political education in criminal procedure law,studies the teaching objectives and resources of ideological and political education in the course,and explores application of Dewey's"five-step teaching method".Criminal procedure law should combine knowledge with value guidance,integrate legal knowledge education with ideological and political education and bring out the best of each other.
