钢丝绳与3D打印水泥基复合材料的黏结性能 被引量:5

Bonding performance between steel wire rope and 3D printed cement-based composites

摘要 为研究钢丝绳与3D打印水泥基复合材料之间的黏结性能,以钢丝绳直径和打印成型方式为研究参数,设计开展拉拔试件试验研究,测试了钢丝绳与3D打印水泥基复合材料的黏结-滑移曲线,分析了黏结性能的变化规律和黏结破坏模式,基于钢丝绳与打印材料交界面的空间关系研究了黏结性能的变化机制,建立了钢丝绳与3D打印水泥基复合材料的黏结-滑移模型。研究结果表明:钢丝绳与3D打印水泥基复合材料的黏结破坏主要为拔出破坏;当钢丝绳直径相同时,采用3D打印制作的试件,其黏结强度低于模板浇筑试件的黏结强度,平行打印、斜向打印、垂直打印的黏结强度分别为模板浇筑试件的74%、66%、43%;在相同的试件成型方式下,随着钢丝绳直径的增大,黏结强度有所下降;钢丝绳拔出过程中伴随着明显的转动,采用高斯多峰模型可以很好地描述黏结-滑移曲线的波形下降规律。 The pull-out test was carried out to clarify the bonding performance between steel wire rope and 3 D printed cement-based composite materials. The study factors included the printing methods and the rope diameters. The bond-slip curves were tested, and then the variation regulations of bond performance and the bond failure mode were analyzed. The change mechanism of bonding property was clarified on the basis of the spatial relationship between wire rope and interfaces of printed material.The bond-slip model for the steel wire rope and the 3 D printed cement-based composites was established. The experimental results show that the specimens fail with the pulling out of the steel wire rope. At the same rope diameter, the bond strength of the specimen made by 3 D printing method is lower than that of the casted specimens, the bonding strengths of the parallel printed specimens, inclined printed specimens and the vertical printed specimens are 0.74, 0.66, 0.43 of the casted specimens, respectively. For the specimens formed by the same method, the bond strength decreases as the diameter of the wire rope increases. The wire rope rotates obviously in the pulling out process. The Gauss multimodal model can well describe the waveform drop of the bond-slip curve.
