江苏省内部农产品虚拟水流动分析与评价 被引量:1

摘要 虚拟水概念的引入为更好地解决水资源短缺问题提供了新的视角。以江苏省为例,以虚拟水理论为基础,结合江苏省实际情况对1999—2017年江苏省内部的农产品(粮食、油料、棉花)虚拟水流入、流出情况进行量化与评价,并从区域的角度对3类农产品的节水效益进行分析研究,为解决江苏省水资源问题提供理论依据。结果显示:农产品虚拟水流动情况在各地级市之间分布不均匀,出现集中现象,且随着农产品贸易量的增加,由农产品贸易引起的虚拟水流动量也逐年增大,在研究年份内虚拟水流动量增长了约3.9倍,农产品虚拟水由苏中、苏北地区随着农产品流入苏南地区。区域内部的粮食、棉花贸易均为江苏省带来了虚拟水资源的损耗,仅有油料贸易为江苏省节约了虚拟水资源,研究显示江苏省内部的农作物贸易会造成省内部每年0.05亿m 3虚拟水资源的损耗,意味着江苏省内部的虚拟水资源并未得到充分地利用。 The introduction of virtual water concept provides a new perspective concept of.Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,based on virtual water theory,combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu Province,the inflow and outflow of virtual water of agricultural products(grain,oil,cotton)in Jiangsu Province from 1999 to 2017 were quantified and evaluated,and the water-saving benefits of three types of agricultural products were analyzed and studied from regional perspective,providing a theoretical basis for solving the water resources problem in Jiangsu Province.The result showed that the distribution of virtual water flow of agricultural products was uneven and concentrated among prefecture-level cities.With the increase of agricultural trade,the momentum of virtual water flow caused by agricultural trade was also increasing year by year.The momentum of virtual water flow increased by about 3.9 times in the study year.The virtual water of agricultural products flowed from middle and northern Jiangsu into southern Jiangsu.The trade of grain and cotton within the region brought the loss of virtual water resources,and only oil trade had saved virtual water resources for Jiangsu Province.Research showed that crop trade within Jiangsu Province caused the loss of 0.05 million m3 virtual water resources per year,which meant that virtual water resources within Jiangsu Province were not fully utilized.
