随着市场经济体制改革的稳步推进,社会主义市场经济体制逐步完善,以经济腾飞为特征的中国社会步入了良性发展轨道。更为显著的是市场经济触发了社会资源配置的深刻变革,和谐社会建设成效显著。但在社会经济发展过程中也凸显出贫富差距显著放大、社会阶层固化趋势明显、社会资源分配机制不完善等问题。全面系统梳理经典社会分层理论,深入剖析中国社会分层结构历史演变,厘清中国社会流动机制的变迁,建构公平、开放的中国社会结构分层和社会流动机制,有助于打破瓶颈,全面建设和谐社会。

With the steady advancement and gradual improvemen t of the reform of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the market economy has triggered a profound change in the allocation of social resources,and Chinese society has gradually entered a healthy development track.However,during the development process,problems such as the significant gap between the rich and the poor,and the unfairness of the resource allocation mechanism have also been highlighted,hindering the fair and orderly flow of society and attracting widespread attention in the academic and political circles.Social stratification,as the most important phenomenon in social structure,is also the most important field of traditional sociological research.Therefore,the classic social stratification theory is comprehensively and systematically analyzed,and the historical evolution of Chinese social stratification structure is thoroughly analyzed.The changes in China and the establishment of a fair and open Chinese social structure and social mobility mechanism are of great significance for the comprehensive construction of a harmonious society.
