航食公司粮库粉螨孳生情况调查 被引量:1

Investigation of acaroid mite breeding in the grain warehouses of airline food companies

摘要 目的调查航食公司粮库孳生粉螨的孳生情况。方法选择芜湖市两家航食公司不同生境(面粉、地脚粉、大米、地脚米)采样,采用直接镜检法分离样品种的粉螨,制作玻片标本,显微镜下观察螨体形态特征和测量其大小。对螨种进行鉴定和分类,并计数及数据分析。结果共采集标本24份240 g,分离出粉螨5种2122只,隶属于3科5属。平均孳生密度为8.84只/g,腐食酪螨为优势种。均匀度指数最大的生境是大米(0.89),最小的是地脚米(0.58);优势度指数最大的是地脚米(0.53),最小的是大米(0.26)。结论航食公司粮库孳生粉螨的种类多,危害严重,应做好粮库粉螨的防制工作,减少粉螨的危害。 Objective To investigate the breeding of acaroid mites in the grain warehouses of airline food companies.Methods This investigation sampled mites in different habitats(flour,flour contaminated with dust,rice,and rice contaminated with dust)at warehouses of two airline food companies in the City of Wuhu.Acaroid mites were separated from the sampled species using direct microscopy,slide specimens were prepared,and the morphological characteristics and size of the mites were observed under a microscope.The mite species were identified,classified,counted,and analyzed.Results A total of 24 samples,weighing 240 g,were collected.Five species of acaroid mites were isolated from the samples and belonged to 3 families and 5 genera.A total of 2,122 acaroid mites were isolated from different samples,with an average breeding density of 8.84/g.Tyrophagus putrescentiae was the dominant species in the grain warehouses of airline food companies.The habitat with the largest evenness index was rice,and the habitat with the smallest index was rice contaminated with dust.The habitat with the highest dominance index was rice contaminated with dust.Conclusion The community structure and diversity of Acaroid mites in the grain warehouses of airline food companies are closely related to their habitats.Efforts should be made to control Acaroid mites at the grain warehouses of airline food companies.
