摘要
本文利用了索氏提取法,Florisil固相萃取柱和气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定渤海和北黄海沉积物中7种有机磷酸酯(OPEs,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)、磷酸三(2-丁氧基乙基)酯(TBEP)、磷酸三(1,3-二氯丙基)酯(TDCPP)、磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、邻-磷酸三甲苯酯(ToCP)、间-磷酸三甲苯酯(TmCP)、对-磷酸三甲苯酯(TpCP))的含量.结果表明,5种OPEs(-TBP、TPP、ToCP、TmCP、TpCP)浓度分别为4.06—6.20、ND—8.22、ND—28.43、<LOD—62.13、ND—36.47 ng·g^(-1)dw,TDCPP和TBEP未检出.ToCP与TpCP表现显著的正相关(P<0.01),TmCP在渤海和北黄海的大部分站位对水生生物具有中等生态风险,TBP、TPP、TpCP对水生生物具有低生态风险.
In this study,seven organophosphate esters(OPEs,tri-butyl-phosphate(TBP),tri(1,3-dichloropropan-2-yl)phosphate(TDCPP),triphenylphosphate(TPP),Tributoxyethyl phosphate(TBEP),Tri-o-tolyl phosphate(ToCP),Tri-m-tolylphosphate(TmCP)and Tri-p-tolylphosphate(TpCP))were identified and quantified insediments from Bohai Sea and North Yellow Sea by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS)coupled withsoxhlet and Florisil purification column.The results showed that concentrations of five OPEs were 4.06—6.20,ND—8.22,ND—28.43,<LOD—62.13,ND—36.47 ng·g^(-1)dw in sediment with TDCPP and TBEP no detection.ToCPand TpCP showed significant positive correlation(P<0.01).TmCP showed medium ecological risk to aquaticorganisms in most site of Bohai Sea and North Yellow Sea,however,TBP,TPP and TpCP showed low ecological risk.
