With the increasing development of network technology and the continuous penetration of the Internet into people’s lives,network culture,as a new type of culture involving all citizens,is especially popular and sought after by contemporary college students.At the same time,various online thoughts are wrapped in popular online culture,reflecting and disseminating ideas,values,and interest demands in order to create a territory for public opinion propaganda and achieve an impact on social realities.The emergence of the network trend of thought has had a great impact on the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,and has given more requirements to the ideological and political education work.The paper first introduces the generation ways and characteristics of the network trend of thought,and then discusses the impact of the network trend on the ideological and political education of college students.
