摘要
目的观察595 nm脉冲染料激光联合液氮冷冻治疗血管角皮瘤的有效性和安全性。方法将2016年1月至2019年1月河南省人民医院收治的35例患者按随机数字表法分为激光+冷冻组(12例)、激光组(12例)和冷冻组(11例),分别用3种方法进行3次治疗,三组治疗间隔周期均为1个月,于每次治疗前和3次治疗后1个月时嘱患者来院随访,对皮损拍照存档;将皮损面积与治疗前比较,进行疗效评估并记录每次治疗后创伤愈合时间和治疗后的不良反应。结果激光+冷冻组12例患者均1次治愈,所需次数少于激光组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后创伤愈合时间短于冷冻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除冷冻组有4例不良反应发生外,其余两组未见不良反应。结论595 nm脉冲染料激光联合液氮冷冻治疗血管角皮瘤疗效显著,安全性高。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for angiokeratoma.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,35 patients in Henan Provincial People’s hospital were randomly divided into laser+freezing group(12 cases),laser group(12 cases)and freezing group(11 cases)according to the random number table method.Three methods were used for 3 times of treatment.The treatment interval of the three groups was 1 month.Patients were asked to follow up before each treatment and 1 month after the three times of treatment.After treatment,the wound healing time and adverse reactions were recorded.Results All the 12 patients in the laser+freezing group were cured once,and the number of times needed was less than that in the laser group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the wound healing time after treatment was shorter than that in the freezing group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);except for 4 cases of adverse reactions in the freezing group,no adverse reactions were found in the other two groups.Conclusions 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of hemangiopericytoma.
