灵龟八法临床运用的现状与展望

Status and Outlook of Ling Gui Ba Fa in Clinical Application

灵龟八法能够结合日月星辰的变化,充分发挥中医整体观中“因时制宜”的优势,在临床治疗疾病中起到重要作用。目前灵龟八法的运用主要集中在灵龟八法针刺开穴上;其次为推拿开穴,而相对在贴敷和艾灸上运用较少;开穴的形式以针刺按时开穴居多,定时开穴略有涉及。本研究将从灵龟八法临床运用方式及开穴形式等方面进行总结与展望,综述灵龟八法临床研究现状,以期为灵龟八法临床运用提供新视角、新方法和新理念。

Ling Gui Ba Fa can combine the changes of the sun,the moon and the stars,it gives full play of the advantages of‘adaptions according to time and seasons’in TCM and it plays an important role in the clinical treatment of diseases.At present,the application of Ling Gui Ba Fa methods mainly focuses on the opening points in acupuncture followed by opening points in Tuina.The method is less used in points application and moxibustion.In terms of the forms of opening points,there are many acupoints opened according to time,and fixed-timing points are slightly involved.This study summed up the clinical application and acupoints opening of Ling Gui Ba Fa,it also summarized the present situation of clinical researches,so as to provide a new perspective,a new method and a new idea for the clinical application of Ling Gui Ba Fa.
