介绍了一种双压循环流化床锅炉的设计方法,通过在循环流化床锅炉分离器出口并列设置两个烟气通道,合理布置高压侧及低压侧受热面,在运行中调节双烟道底部烟道闸门的开度大小,可在保证锅炉高压侧蒸汽一定负荷的状态下,同时实现低压侧蒸汽50%~100%的负荷调节。

Introduces the design of a double pressure CFB boiler.In the design,two flue gas passages are arranged in parallel at the outlet of the boiler separator,and the heating surfaces at the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side are arranged reasonably.In operation,on the premise of ensuring the high-pressure steam load,by adjusting the gate opening at the bottom of the double flue,the low-pressure steam can be adjusted at 50%~100%load at the same time.
