摘要
CT肺动脉血管造影(CTPA)是临床诊断肺栓塞(PE)的首选无创检查方法,检查过程中可能出现各种伪影,其中短暂性对比剂中断(TIC)对诊断PE影响较大。本文围绕TIC的CT表现、发生机制及解决方案等进行综述。
CT pulmonary angiography(CTPA)is a preferred non-invasive imaging method which has been regarded as the first choice for diagnosing pulmonary embolism(PE)in clinical practice.Various artifacts may appear during CTPA,and one of which called transient interruption of contrast(TIC)has a great impact on the diagnosis of PE.TIC relative CT findings,pathogenesis and solutions were reviewed in this article.
