国家开放大学网络课程使用的调查研究

Research on the Use of Online Courses at National Open University

本研究从网络课程的使用动机、网络课程平台的可用性、网络课程的交互、学生网络课程具体使用情况、网络课程的学习支持服务等5个主要维度,调查了国家开放大学学生使用网络课程的现状。得出结论:1.学生使用网络课程具有多样化特征;2.课程教学团队、管理人员、技术人员提供了多角度的学习支持服务。在此基础上对网络课程使用中的问题提出了改进意见。

This research investigates the current situation about the students of the National Open University using online courses from in the following five aspects:motivation of using online courses,availability of online course platforms,interaction of online courses,the specific use of online courses by students,and the learning support services of online courses.Conclusions:1.Students using online courses have diversified characteristics.2.The teaching team,managers and technicians provided students with multi-angle supporting services.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the use of online courses.
