苏陕高职教育帮扶协作实践与深化协作策略——以陕西工商职业学院与江苏经贸职业技术学院结对帮扶为例

The Implementation of the Supportive Cooperation and the Strategies for Deeper Cooperation between Jiangsu and Shaanxi in Higher Vocational Education——A Case Study of the Supportive Cooperation between Shaanxi Business College and Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce

陕西工商职业学院与江苏经贸职业技术学院自2018年签订结对帮扶协议以来,在互访交流、师资培养、专业建设,实训基地建设,成立“职教集团”和资源共享等方面开展了系列工作。苏陕两校具有深化协作的坚实基础和巨大潜力,需通过强化政策支持和政府、市场双轮驱动的协作机制激发内生动力,树立对等合作理念,建立常设协作领导机构和监督、考核激励机制等加强组织领导,开拓协作项目和领域以深化协作的深度与广度,巩固拓展现有教育协作成果以扩大建设成效。

Since the sign of the supportive cooperation between Shaanxi Business College and Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce in 2018,they have implemented a lot in school visiting,teachers training,majors developing,training bases developing,founding Vocational Education Group and resources sharing.Based on the solid foundation and giant potentials in deepening the cooperation between two schools,they need to reinforce the supportive policies and take the advantage of Collaborative mechanism of dual wheel drive by government and market to inspire internal activeness,to establish win-win cooperation philosophy,to set up permanent organization in charge of leading,supervising,evaluating,and motivating the cooperation.Meanwhile,they need to broaden the collaborative projects and fields for the deeper and broader cooperation,to consolidate and develop present educational cooperation for further achievements.
