退役军人参与高校国防教育工作的作用研究

Research on the Role of Veterans in National Defense Education in Colleges and Universities

本研究在分析国内、外退役军人就业和国防教育现状的基础上,探讨了我国退役军人在高校国防教育课程建设和实践活动中的作用,提出了在高校国防教育中发挥退役军人作用的策略。在国家安全面临挑战的新时期,应该充分利用退役军人这一重要人力资源,促进高校国防教育向纵深发展。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of employment and national defense education of veterans at home and abroad,this paper discusses the role of veterans in the construction and practice of national defense education curriculum in Colleges and universities,and puts forward some strategies to play the role of veterans in national defense education in Colleges and universities.In the new era of national security challenges,we should make full use of retired soldiers as an important human resource to promote the in-depth development of national defense education in Colleges and universities.
