“世界技能大赛”背景下酒店管理专业教师职业能力研究

世界技能大赛“酒店接待”和“餐厅服务”赛项的设立说明了酒店业在国民经济中的地位不断提升,竞赛标准也成为指导酒店管理专业教学和构建教师职业能力的标准。本文通过分析世界技能大赛对酒店管理专业教学和酒店管理专业教师职业能力的引领作用,提出提升教师职业能力的途径和方法。

The establishment of the“Hotel Reception”and“Restaurant Services”competitions of the World Skills Competition shows that the status of the hotel industry in the national economy has been continuously improved,and the competition standards have also become the standards for guiding the teaching of hotel management majors and building the profession ability of teachers.Based on the analysis of the leading role of the World Skills Competition on the teaching of hotel management and the profession ability of hotel management teachers,this paper proposes ways and methods to improve the professional competence of teachers.
