服中药呕吐探析

Analysis of vomiting by taking Chinese materia medica

笔者查阅历代有关服中药呕吐的文献资料,并结合临证诊疗经验加以分析研究,发现其较常见的原因为中病、误治、传变、中气不足、药味太苦、服药失度等。然观其根源,或本于病,或本于药,皆不离乎脾胃。文章旨在分析与探究临床辨证论治过程中出现服中药呕吐的疑难病况,在归纳总结前贤论述的基础之上,使得临床辨证分析服中药呕吐有迹可循,为中医师临证提供更多的辨析思路,尽可能减少此种情况的发生。

The author consulted the related discussion of Chinese materia medica vomiting by doctors of past dynasties,combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment experience for analysis,and summarized it can be divided into the right treatment,mistreatment,transmission,too bitter taste of medicine,medication loss,etc..Look at its roots,either in the disease or in the medicine,all without leaving the spleen and stomach.This article aims to analyze and explore the difficult conditions of vomiting with Chinese materia medica in the process of clinical differentiation and treatment.On the basis of summarizing the previous sage’s discussion,the clinical differentiation analysis of vomiting with Chinese materia medica has traces to follow,and it provides more clinical differentiation and analysis for Chinese physicians to minimize the occurrence of this situation.
