推荐意见的形成是将证据转化为临床应用指南的关键过程,而如何应用证据分级形成推荐意见的方法则成为了其中的核心环节。随着证据分级体系的发展与不断完善,证据分级与推荐强度标准已逐渐由分散转为统一。文章介绍了GRADE分级系统的特点,并阐述了结合《中成药治疗冠心病临床应用指南》自身特点选取及应用GRADE的思路,为循证中医药临床应用指南的制定提供思路和方法。

The formation of recommendation opinion is the key process of transforming evidence into clinical application guidelines,and how to apply evidence classification to form recommendation opinion has become the core link.With the development and continuous improvement of evidence grading system,the standard of evidence grading and recommendation intensity has gradually changed from scattered to unified.This paper introduces the characteristics of GRADE system,and describes the idea of selecting and applying GRADE in combination with the characteristics of Clinical Application Guidelines on Chinese Patent Medicine in the treatment for Coronary Artery Disease,so as to provide ideas and methods for the development of evidence-based clinical application guidelings of traditional Chinese medicine.
