摘要
伏邪理论为中医学重要理论之一,具有初感不发病、伏气于里过后方发的特点。这一理论发源于《黄帝内经》,随温病学说的发展趋于成熟,目前常用于温热、湿热领域,并广泛应用于外感、内伤、精神、免疫系统及慢性感染性疾病的诊治。五郁和三年化疫理论均为五运六气学说中的重要组成部分,也具有感邪过后方发的特点,在传染性疾病预防方面有一定的参考价值,但目前其与伏邪理论的关系阐释较少。在伏邪理论中引入五郁和三年化疫,具有重要意义。
The theory of hidden pathogen is one of the most important theories of traditional Chinese medicine,which has the characteristics of no sign at first and expose signs at last.This theory originated from Huangdi Neijing and became mature with the development of doctrine of epidemic febrile diseases.Now it is commonly used in the field of epidemic febrile diseases and damp heat diseases,and is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of exogenous diseases,internal injuries,mental diseases,immune system diseases and chronic infectious diseases.The theory of five-depression and pestilence occurring after three years are an important part of the theory of the theory of five movements and six climates.It also has the characteristics of postpathogenic outbreak,and has a certain reference value in prevention of infectious diseases,but few has been published in terms of it’s relationship with the theory of hidden pathogen is less studied.It is of great significance to introduce five-depression and pestilence occurring after three years in the theory of hidden pathogen.
