Experience of TCM master XU Jing-fan in treating reflux esophagitis from lung,stomach and liver

反流性食管炎为临床常见病、多发病,症状多样,不仅有泛酸、烧心、嗳气等消化系统症状,也有咽喉不利、口鼻干燥、咳嗽等呼吸道症状。国医大师徐景藩教授治疗消化系统疾病有独到之处,将反流性食管炎分为痰气交阻证、气郁证、肝胃郁热证、气滞血瘀证,提纲挈领,涉及脏腑不离肺、胃、肝。文章对徐景藩教授从肺、胃、肝论治反流性食管炎的经验进行总结归纳,分析临床辨证思维与用药配伍规律,以供同道参考。

Reflux esophagitis is a common disease with various symptoms.It not only has the symptoms of the digestive system such as pantothenic acid,heartburn and belching,but also has respiratory symptoms such as adverse throat,dry mouth and nose,and cough.TCM master XU Jing-fan’s treatment of digestive diseases is unique,reflux esophagitis is divided into four types:phlegm cross block syndrome,qi depression syndrome,liver and stomach heat syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,but reflux esophagitis involved in three viscera lung,liver,stomach.This paper will summarize TCM master XU Jing-fan’s experience in the treatment of reflux esophagitis from lung,stomach and liver,and analyze the law of clinical dialectical thinking and drug compatibility for channel reference.
