摘要
随着社会生活节奏的改变,消化系统疾病表现出很多新的发病特点。张冰教授作为孟河京派的传承人,在继承前人经验的同时,认为消化系统疾病多具有心身疾病的特点,可以分为"脾属病证"和"胃属病证"两大类,与五脏六腑中肝的关系最为密切,并提出对"肝决中焦"的认识和从肝论治的学术思想,治疗上以调畅气机、恢复脾胃正常的升降功能为要务,按照在上、在中、在下病位之不同,因势利导分而治之。
Along with the social lifestyle change,digestive system diseases show many new pathogenetic characteristics.As the inheritor of Menghe medical sect,professor ZHANG Bing believes that digestive system diseases have the characteristics of physical and mental diseases while inheriting the previous experience.Digestive system diseases can be divided into’spleen diseases’and’stomach diseases’,which are most closely related to liver among the five solid organs and six hollow organs,and she puts forward the idea of’liver determines middle energizer’and the theory of liver-based therapy.In treatment,it is important to regulate qi and restore normal ascending and descending function of spleen and stomach.According to the upper,middle and lower position of the diseases,to make the best use of the situation and guide the optimal treatment.
