文章介绍陈明岭教授基于"肾-天癸-冲任"辨治痤疮经验。在治疗中,陈明岭主张从肾论治痤疮。根据四川地区独特的地域特点,整体辨证与局部辨证相结合治疗痤疮可获良效。具体辨治包括:肾阴虚证,治以滋阴降火,以知柏地黄丸随症加减;肾阳虚证,治以温阳散结,以当归四逆汤随症加减;冲任虚寒证,治以温阳散寒,以温经汤随症加减。
