养阴益气活血抗癌法治疗原发性肝癌临床经验

Clinical experience of replenishing qi,nourishing yin,activating blood circulation and anticancer for treatment of primary liver cancer

原发性肝癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,具有发病隐匿、发展快、治疗难、预后差等特点。黄金昶教授从事肿瘤临床近30年,治疗原发性肝癌取得较好疗效。文章从原发性肝癌的基本病机、肝癌八大主症、治疗肝癌的基本方及加减化裁、对症处理等方面讲述黄金昶教授应用养阴益气活血抗癌法治疗原发性肝癌的临床经验。文章重点介绍黄金昶教授根据病理、转移灶、合并症指导用药的临床思路和对症处理的中医特色治疗方法。

Primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor,which has the characteristics of occult onset,rapid development,difficult treatment and poor prognosis.Professor HUANG has been engaged in oncology clinic for nearly 30 years,and has achieved good curative effect in the treatment of primary liver cancer.This article describes professor HUANG’s clinical experience in treating liver cancer by replenishing qi,nourishing yin,activating blood circulation and anticancer from the aspects of the basic pathogenesis of liver cancer,eight main symptoms of liver cancer,the basic prescription and changes in the treatment of liver cancer,symptomatic treatment and so on.This article focuses on professor HUANG’s clinical thinking and symptomatic treatment based on pathology,metastasis and comorbidities.
