《傅青主女科·血崩》用药规律及治崩思想

Characteristics of medication and therapeutic thinking of metrorrhagia in FU Qing-zhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology·Xuebeng

目的:探讨《傅青主女科·血崩》中8首治崩方剂(含愈后调理方剂1首,下同)的用药规律及治崩思想。方法:通过对《傅青主女科·血崩》中8首治崩方剂用药选择及用药剂量进行整理与统计分析,总结傅山先生治疗妇人血崩的规律与经验。结果:治崩8首方剂共使用药物33种,所使用药物频率前10位依次为炒白术、当归、熟地黄、人参、山萸肉、牡丹皮、黄芪、三七、桑叶、五味子,所使用药物剂量总量前10位依次为炒白术、熟地黄、白芍、桑叶、玄参、山萸肉、牡丹皮、山药、麦冬、地骨皮。结论:傅山先生治疗妇人血崩,充分重视腰脐于妇人之特殊地位,并重视补益气血、滋阴以止崩。用药多以药性平和之品,处方精简,重视固护脾肾,兼顾先天及后天,值得后世深入学习。

Objective:Explore the prescription rules and thoughts of treat metrorrhagia in eight prescriptions(includes 1 of conditioning prescription after healing,the same below)in FU Qing-zhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology·Xuebeng.Methods:The frequency and single dose of herbal medicine used in eight prescriptions in FU Qing-zhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology·Xuebeng were statistically summarized.Results:There are thirty-three herbal medicine used in the eight prescriptions,the top ten herbal medicine used are Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Radix Ginseng,Fructus Corni,Cortex Moutan Radicis,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Notoginseng,Folium Mori,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis;the top six ones in average dose of all prescriptions are Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Folium Mori,Radix Scrophulariae,Fructus Corni.Conclusion:FU Shan’s treatment of metrorrhagia,which attached great importance to the special position of waist and navel in women,as well as invigorate qi and blood,nourish yin to treat metrorrhagia.In regards of characteristics of medication,most are in peaceful,that the prescription simplification,pay attention to strengthen and protect the spleen and kidney,as well as give consideration of congenital and acquired,which worth for further deepen study.
