眼睑痉挛患者白睛络脉特点及眼针疗法临床疗效

Characteristics of white eye collaterals and clinical effect of eye acupuncture in patients with blepharospasm

目的:探讨眼睑痉挛患者白睛络脉的特点及眼针疗法的治疗效果。方法:收集2018年9月至2019年3月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院门诊及康复中心病房诊断为眼睑痉挛的患者70例,观察患者的双眼白睛络脉,采用微循环检测仪对白睛络脉形态异常区(肝区和脾区)进行形态学观察。结果:70例患者中有64例(91.4%)肝区络脉异常,其中形态异常:血管数量增多31例(44.3%),管径粗细不均匀19例(27.1%),边缘不齐走行异常4例(5.7%),小片状模糊10例(14.3%);颜色异常:鲜红色36例(51.4%),暗红色17例(24.3%),红中带黄7例(10.0%),脉络浅淡4例(5.7%)。70例患者中有62例(88.6%)脾区络脉异常,其中形态异常:血管数量增多30例(42.9%),管径粗细不均匀16例(22.9%),边缘不齐走行异常3例(4.3%),小片状模糊13例(18.6%);颜色异常:鲜红色32例(45.7%),暗红色15例(21.4%),红中带黄9例(12.9%),脉络浅淡6例(8.6%)。针刺治疗结果:临床痊愈41例(58.6%),显效19例(27.1%),有效7例(10.0%),无效3例(4.3%),愈显率为85.7%(60/70),总有效率为95.7%(67/70)。结论:根据眼睑痉挛患者眼目肝区和脾区白睛络脉的变化,从肝脏和脾脏论治,运用眼针疗法结合普通针刺治疗眼睑痉挛疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the characteristics of white eye collaterals and the therapeutic effect of eye acupuncture in patients with blepharospasm.Methods:A total of 70 patients with blepharospasm diagnosed in the outpatient clinic and rehabilitation center ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to March 2019 were collected,and the white eye collaterals of the patients were observed.The morphological abnormalities of liver and spleen of Baijing collaterals were observed by microcirculation detector.Results:Among the 70 patients,64 cases(91.4%)were abnormal in hepatic collaterals,among which,abnormal morphology:increased number of blood vessels in 31 cases(44.3%),uneven diameter in 19 cases(27.1%),irregular margin in 4 cases(5.7%),patchy blurred in 10 cases(14.3%).Color abnormalities:bright red in 36 cases(51.4%),dark red in 17 cases(24.3%),yellowing in red in 7 cases(10.0%),light vein in 4 cases(5.7%).Among the 70 patients,62 cases(88.6%)had abnormal collaterals in the splenic collaterals,among which,abnormal morphology:increased number of blood vessels in 30 cases(42.9%),uneven diameter in 16 cases(22.9%),irregular margin in 3 cases(4.3%),and patchy model in 13 cases(18.6%).Color abnormalities:bright red in 32 cases(45.7%),dark red in 15 cases(21.4%),yellow in red in 9 cases(12.9%),light vein in 6 cases(8.6%).The results of acupuncture treatment showed that 41 cases(58.6%)were clinically cured,19 cases(27.1%)were markedly effective,7 cases(10.0%)were effective,3 cases(4.3%)were ineffective,the cured and markedly effective rate was 85.7%(60/70),and the total effective rate was 95.7%(67/70).Conclusion:According to the changes of white eyes and collaterals in the eye,liver and spleen in patients with blepharospasm,eye acupuncture combined with ordinary acupuncture is effective in the treatment of blepharospasm,which is worth popularizing.
