摘要
以宝钢2#连铸机改造项目为背景,结合连铸过程控制需求以及产品控制特点,对二冷轻压下模型原理、自动控制关键技术进行了说明,构造新的模型系统构架,实现更稳定、更开放、更智能的过程控制。该模型控制系统形成了工艺、装备、模型紧密融合的智能化二冷轻压下整体控制方案,具有可扩展性强、过程控制灵活等特点,能够很好地满足产品拓展以及高质量、自动化等控制要求。
Under the background of Baosteel No.2 CC modification project,combined with the continuous casting process and products control requirements,this paper describes the principle of secondary cooling and soft reduction model and the key technology of auto control,constructs a new model system architecture,and realizes more stable,more open and more intelligent process control.The model control system has formed an intelligent secondary cooling and soft reduction control solution with close integration of process,equipment and math model.It has the characteristics of high-scalability and high-flexible,and can well meet the control requirements of high quality and automation of product production.
