摘要
结合传动机构的控制原理,对张力控制中所涉及的电动机及变频器设备的控制原理进行建模并予以说明。通过异步电动机等效电路,确定了定子电流与电动机输出转矩的耦合关系;通过矢量方程得出负载转矩对电动机输出张力计算值的直接影响;分析变频器的电压控制模型,实现电动机输出张力的控制;最后通过建模计算卧式退火炉内带钢与相邻炉辊之间所受张力。对张力控制的各环节进行深入研究,对张力控制的关键数据进行确认,以达到稳定炉区运行状态、保证生产顺行的目的。
Combined with the control principle of transmission mechanism,the control principle of motor and frequency converter involved in tension control is modeled and explained in detail.Through the equivalent circuit of asynchronous motor,the coupling relationship between stator current and motor output torque is determined;the direct influence of load torque on the calculated value of motor output tension is obtained through vector equation;the voltage control model of frequency converter is analyzed to realize the control of motor output tension;finally,the tension between strip steel in horizontal furnace and adjacent furnace rolls is calculated by modeling.The various links of tension control are deeply studied,and the key data of tension control are confirmed in order to stabilize the operation state of furnace area and ensure smooth production.
