摘要
横跨铁路的架空输电线路在施工过程中出现输电线断裂事故时,跨越轨道防护装备拦截下落的输电线断线,防止其坠落在铁路线路上造成运行安全事故。基于此,文中使用ABAQUS软件对输电线断线冲击防护网的全过程进行动态仿真计算分析。计算结果表明,存在某一断线位置,输电线断线在冲击防护网的过程中,其端部略超出水平位置防护网最外侧迪尼玛绳,可穿过水平位置和竖直位置防护网之间的空当,此工况下防护网所受冲击作用最大,防护网应力也最大且满足强度要求,跨越轨道防护装备成功拦截下落的输电线断线,对铁路运营起到了安全防护作用。
For the intercepting of the falling broken wire of transmission line by cross-track protective equipment and preventing it from falling on the railway line to cause operational safety accidents when the electricity transmission line across the railway has a transmission line break during the construction process,the dynamic simulation calculation and analysis of the whole process of protective net subjected to the broken wire of transmission line are carried out using ABAQUS software.The simulation results show that there is a certain disconnection position of the transmission line,the broken end of the transmission line slightly exceeds the outermost Dyneema rope of the horizontal protective net,and can pass through the neutral position between the horizontal protective net and the vertical protective net when they subjected to the broken wire of transmission line.The impact effect of the protective net is the greatest in this condition,and the stress of the protective net is the largest and meets the strength requirements.The successful intercepting of the falling broken wire of transmission line by the cross-track protective equipment will play a safety protection role for the railway operations.
