摘要
某运营隧道过火段的衬砌结构出现混凝土大面积剥落掉块和严重灼烧,危及隧道结构安全而暂停运营。文中结合航拍建模技术和外观检查,对该隧道二衬厚度及初支情况、衬砌强度及碳化深度、内轮廓情况等进行检测以了解隧道衬砌受损程度。其主要检测手段包括地形信息采集与云模型建立、衬砌外观检查、激光断面扫描、地质雷达检测、钻孔取芯及其抗压强度检测等,在此基础上,对火灾后隧道二衬结构及围岩稳定情况进行评估,为进一步处治提供依据。
In a vehicle accidental fire,large areas of concrete spalling and serious burning occurred in the lining structure of the over-fire section of an operation tunnel,so the traffic was suspended to ensure the safety of the tunnel structure.Combined with aerial modeling technology and visual inspection,many parameters were detected for discovering the damage degree of tunnel lining,such as the thickness of primary support and secondary lining,lining strength,carbonization depth,inner contour,etc.The main testing methods adopted include topographic information acquisition,cloud model building,lining appearance inspection,laser cross-section scanning,geological radar detection,core sample detection and its compressive strength testing,etc.So that the stability of secondary lining structure and surrounding rock after a serious fire can be evaluated and it also provide evidence for further treatment.
