摘要
为筛选适宜冀东地区种植的高产优质黑果枸杞新品种,以诱变选育的5个黑果枸杞品系为试验材料,嫁接在适应性强的本地红枸杞品种宝杞2号砧木上,对黑果枸杞3年生植株的形态性状(树干粗、枝条长度、棘刺长、果柄长和叶面积),产量性状(单株果枝数、单枝结果数、百粒质量、单株产量)和花青素的质量分数进行了比较。结果表明,参试的5个黑果枸杞品系除果实中水的质量分数没有差异外,其余指标均存在显著或极显著差异。黑杞1号树干最粗;黑杞3号枝条最长且叶面积最大;而黑杞2号果柄最长。黑杞4号单株果枝数、单枝结果数和百果干质量均占优势,干果产量和花青素的质量分数在参试的5个品系中最高,分别达到2254.5 kg·hm^(-2)和37.62 mg·g^(-1)。因此,黑杞4号具有高产和高花青素特点,可优先考虑在生产上示范应用。
In order to screen and select high yield and high quality new varieties of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.for east Hebei province,five Lycium ruthenicum Murr.lines were used as the test materials and they were all grafted on rootstocks of Baoqi No.2,a highly adaptable local red Chinese wolfberry cultivar.Morphological characters including trunk diameter,branch length,thorn length,fruit stalk length and leaf area,yield characters including number of fruit branch per plant,number of fruit per branch,100-fruit weight,fruit yield per plant,and anthocyanin content were determined using triennial plants.The results showed that:except fruit water content,all traits measured had significant difference among the five Lycium ruthenicum Murr.lines.Trunk diameter of Heiqi No.1 was the biggest,Heiqi No.3 possessed the longest branch and biggest leaf area,Heiqi No.2 had the longest fruit stalk.Heiqi No.4 had the advantages in number of fruit branch per plant,number of fruit per branch and 100-dry fruit weigh.In addition,it had the highest dry fruit yield and content of anthocyanin among the 5 lines,2254.5 kg·hm^(-2) and 37.62 mg·g^(-1),respectively.Therefore,Heiqi No.4,possessing high yield and anthocyanin content,should be preferentially applied in the production of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.in the east Hebei province.
