作战实验活动评价方法研究

Evaluation Method on Warfighting Experimentation

针对作战实验活动评价方法缺乏,严重影响实验规范性和合理性的问题,提出一种作战实验活动评价方法。首先梳理涵盖作战实验全生命周期的实验活动基本流程,确立评价对象;然后以实验步骤输出结果的客观表现为基础,提出一种基于“有/无”二元客观评价和增/减效加权评价相结合的实验步骤评价方法;接着通过改造加权求积法,给出实验活动综合评价方法;最后通过实例分析,验证方法的可行性和便捷性。

To address the problem that the experiment normalization and rationality are compromised due to the lack of effective evaluation methods in warfighting experimentation assessing,a novel evaluation method is proposed.First,the evaluation object is determined by analyzing the basic process of warfighting experimentation involving the experiment’s life cycle.Then,an evaluation method on experimental step based on the objective performance of the experimental step’s output results is proposed by combining the“yes/no”binary evaluation method and the“increase/decrease”evaluation method.And the weighted product method is adjusted to the evaluation on the whole experiment.Last,the method proposed in this paper is proved to be practicable and easy to operate by case analysis.
