“五项五式”东西部健康扶贫工作的实践与思考

The practice and reflection of the “five items and five patterns” health poverty alleviation work in the east and west of China

1996年,余姚市和贵州省黔西南州望谟县便结成了东西部扶贫协作关系。2018年,启动新一轮医疗卫生对口帮扶工作,文章分析了望谟县卫生健康事业发展中存在的问题和困境,围绕受援地四个一目标,总结了余姚市开展医疗卫生对口帮扶工作的有效举措,即组团式、嫁接式、全域式、联动式、靶向式的五项五式健康扶贫路径,对下一步对口帮扶工作提出思考与建议,确保健康扶贫成效得到进一步巩固。

In 1996, Yuyao City formed an east-west poverty alleviation cooperative relationship with Wangmo County, Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, and in 2018, a new round of medical and health work assistance was carried out between them. This paper analyzed the problems and difficulties existing in health development, summarized the effective measures of Yuyao City in counterpart health assistance work based on the four one targets of Wangmo County, namely the "five items and five patterns" health poverty alleviation pathway including group assistance, grafting assistance, universal assistance, interactive assistance and targeted assistance. The paper also put forward suggestions on future assistance work to ensure that the effect of health poverty alleviation is further consolidated.
