摘要
Xiaoming Feng was born in Sichuan Province,China,in 1964.He received his B.S.in 1985 and M.S.in 1988(under the supervision of Prof.Zi-Yi Zhang)from Lanzhou University.Then he worked at Southwest Normal University from 1988 to 1993.In 1996,he received his Ph.D.(under the supervision of Prof.Zhi-Tang Huang and Prof.Yao-Zhong Jiang)from the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS).
