近年来文化创意产业中的设计产业受到国家的高度重视,文章通过研究设计在经济中的价值与作用,为天津发展设计产业助力经济转型提供创新动力,为决策者制定设计产业政策提供参考帮助。以设计产业发达国家作为主要调查研究对象,研究设计在经济中的价值,观察以设计为主导的国际领先企业发展情况以及研究国际前沿的设计理论文献,针对天津设计产业的问题提出建议。设计在经济中的价值与作用越来越被科技领先的国家所重视,以设计为主导的企业增多。天津应因地制宜研究、制定、发展设计产业战略,通过设计创新驱动经济变革。通过推进设计院校的课程教育改革,提升教师的设计专业素质实现高层次设计人才培养目标。建立文化创意产业的数据统计监测工作,为决策者提供依据支持。

Objective The design industry in the cultural creative industry has received great attention from the state in recent years.The purpose of this research is to study the value and role of design in the economy,to provide innovative impetus for the development of design industry and economic transformation in Tianjin,and to provide reference help for policy makers in formulating design industry policies.Methodology The design industry in developed countries is used as the main object of research to study the value of design in the economy,observe the development of design-oriented international leading enterprises,and study international frontier design theory literature.Conclusion The value and role of design in the economy has been increasingly appreciated by leading technology countries,and the number of design-led enterprises has increased.Tianjin should study and formulate a strategy to develop the local design industry and drive economic change through design innovation.Establish statistical monitoring of the cultural and creative industries to provide evidence-based support for decision makers.The goal of cultivating high-level design talents should be achieved by promoting the reform of curriculum education in design schools and improving the professional quality of teachers.
