摘要
智慧母婴室APP属于功能型产品,在设计阶段明确其各项设计要素的关系与重要性,对于设计产品的合理性与提升用户体验都具有积极作用。文章根据用户体验要素的层级、现有母婴类移动应用设计特征,结合AHP建立智慧母婴室APP用户体验评价模型。展开问卷调研量化分析得出评价模型各要素、现有移动应用的设计要素权重。为了明确该评价模型要素权重排序的合理性,设计实验方案并进行用户调研,调研结果与前期评价模型要素排序相符,最终确定智慧母婴室APP用户体验要素权重排序。
Smart Baby Room’APP is a functional product.The relationship and importance of various design elements are clarified at the design stage,which has a positive effect on the rationality of the design of the product and the improvement of user experience.Based on the levels of user experience elements,the design features of existing maternal and infant mobile applications,and AHP,the article establishes a Smart Baby Care Room APP user experience evaluation model.The questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis are carried out to obtain the weight of each element of the evaluation model and the design element of existing mobile applications.In order to clarify the rationality of the weight ranking of the evaluation model elements,the experimental plan was designed and user research was conducted.The research results were consistent with the previous evaluation model element rankings,and the weight ranking of the user experience elements of the Smart Baby Care Room APP was finally determined.
