超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术较传统触诊盲穿法具有显著优势,可提高成年人和小儿桡动脉穿刺置管成功率,降低不良反应发生率。但不同的超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术各有其优势及不足,因操作技能问题可出现如穿透后壁、血肿、痉挛等风险。文章描述了超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术的操作方法、影响其成功率的因素和相关并发症。超声技术的运用可以提高桡动脉穿刺置管术的成功率已得到认证,超声实时引导的临床应用还需要深入研究和不断探索,以充分发挥其应有的医学价值。

Ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and cannulation had significant advantages compared with the traditional palpation blind puncture method.The application of ultrasound-guided technique can improve the success rate of radial artery puncture and cannulation in adults and children,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.However,different techniques have their advantages and disadvantages.The risk of penetrating the posterior wall,hematoma,and spasm may also occur due to operating skills.This review describes the method of ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture,the related factors which influence the success rate of operation,and related complications.The application of ultrasound technology can improve the success rate of radial artery puncture and cannulation,which has been certified.The real-time ultrasound-guided clinical application still needs in-depth study and continuous exploration to give full play to its due medical value.
