摘要
神经外科麻醉主要包括3个方面:脑肿瘤手术麻醉、脑血管病手术麻醉和颅脑创伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)手术麻醉。文章就以上3个方面的麻醉进展进行论述,并对2020年神经外科相关疾病的围手术期管理、围手术期药物应用、麻醉方法等进行综述。
Neurosurgical anesthesia mainly include the three following aspects:anesthesia for brain tumor surgery,anesthesia for cerebral vascular surgery and anesthesia for traumatic brain injury(TBI).The current review focuses on the following issues about neurosurgical anesthesia related diseases:perioperative management,medication in the perioperative period and anesthesia methods.
