双C理念引领下的人文关爱护理对ICU口渴患者的影响

The influence of humanistic care on the thirst of ICU patients based on the double C concept

目的探讨双C理念引领下的人文关爱护理对ICU口渴患者的影响。方法选择2019年1-4月和2019年5-8月收住于ICU的患者各55例为研究对象,将其分别设为对照组与观察组。对照组由责任护士以棉签蘸水行口唇涂抹或者以凡士林行润唇来缓解患者口渴不适,观察组接受双C理念引领下的人文关爱护理干预,比较2组干预前后的口渴情况和舒适度。结果干预后观察组的口渴痛苦度评分显著低于对照组(t=-22.972,P<0.001),舒适度评分显著高于对照组(t=-18.168,P<0.001)。结论采用双C理念引领下的人文关爱护理能显著改善ICU患者口渴不适,使其处于舒适状态。

Objective To observe the effect of humanistic care based on the double C concept on ICU patients feeling thirsty.Methods Totally 55 patients admitted to the ICU in the first 4 months of 2019 were selected into the control group,while another 55 counterparts admitted in the following 4 months were chosen into the observation group.The control group was relieved thirst by the responsible nurse using the wet cotton swab licking the lip or applying the vaseline on lips,while the observation group was given the humanistic care based on the double C concept.After the intervention,the feeling of thirsty and comfort were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the feeling of thirst was significantly relieved in the observation group(t=-22.972,P<0.001),and the score of comfort of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=-18.168,P<0.001).Conclusion The humanistic care based on the double C concept can significantly relieve the thirst of ICU patients and let them feel comfortable.
