摘要
基于多元化招生背景下学生个体间在基础知识、职业教育经历、认知水平和接受能力等方面的差异,贯彻"职教二十条"精神,根据工程测量技术专业人才培养目标和规格要求,经调研论证,在人才培养方案架构内,结合测绘地理信息新技术应用现状及发展趋势,重构了"能力模块"课程体系和"层进式"实践教学体系,按照专业工作面向和职业岗位能力需求,每专业课程凝练了过关技能及必要的理论知识,并撰写了操作手册及考核标准,通过教学组织实施,效果明显。
Based on the differences in basic knowledge,vocational education experience,cognitive level,and acceptance ability among individual students under the background of diversified enrollment,implement the spirit of"Twenty Vocational Education",according to the training objectives and specifications of engineering measurement technology professionals.According to research and demonstration,within the framework of the talent training program,combined with the application status and development trend of new technologies of surveying and mapping geographic information,the"ability module"curriculum system and the"layered"practical teaching system have been reconstructed,in accordance with the professional work orientation and professional job capabilities needs,each professional course has condensed pass skills and necessary theoretical knowledge,and has written operation manuals and assessment standards,which are implemented through teaching organization,and the effect is obvious.
