不动产历史档案整合数据成果质量评价指标体系研究

Research on Quality Evaluation Index System of Integrated Data of Real Estate Historical Archives

对不动产历史档案整合数据成果进行质量评价,可推动数据整合工作有效开展,保证最终成果数据的准确性、可靠性以及实用性,为不动产统一登记工作的顺利推进提供良好的数据支撑。本文结合某市不动产历史档案整合数据成果特点,提出一种用于历史档案整合数据成果的质量评价指标体系。结果显示,该案例市受检数据库的评价结果为61.29分,根据单位成果质量评定等级,该案例市不动产历史档案整合数据成果最终评价结果质量等级为合格。通过分析比对,确认评价结果切合实际。

The quality evaluation of real estate historical archives integration data results can promote the effective development of data integration,ensure the accuracy,reliability and practicability of the final results data,and provide good data support for the smooth progress of the unified registration of real estate.In this paper,a quality evaluation index system for the integration of historical archives of real estate in a city is proposed.The results show that the evaluation result of the inspected database of the case city is 61.29 points.According to the evaluation grade of the unit achievement quality,the final evaluation result of the real estate historical archives integration data in the case city is qualified.Through analysis and comparison,the evaluation results are practical.
