ArcGIS影像服务在国情监测中的应用

Application of ArcGIS Image Services in National Conditions Monitoring

地理国情监测项目矢量数据更新时,一般会将整个任务区划分为多个作业区分配给不同生产人员,项目紧迫性和复杂性注定生产人员的作业区会随时调整,而作业区影像在不同电脑之间传输以及加载使用会耗费大量时间且容易出错。利用Arc Server影像发布功能将本底影像和监测影像发布成影像地图服务,以Arc GIS影像服务方式提供给生产人员使用,可有效地解决上述问题,提高监测更新效率、确保不会用错影像。该影像使用方法已应用于2019年度广东省基础性地理国情监测项目中,实践证明具有推广应用价值。

When updating the vector data of the geographical situation monitoring project,the whole task area is generally divided into multiple work areas and assigned to different production personnel.The urgency and complexity of the project are bound to adjust the work area of the production personnel at any time,but the transmission and loading of the work area image between different computers will take a lot of time and prone to errors.Using Arc Server image publishing function to publish background image and monitoring image into image map service,providing Arc GIS image service to production personnel,can effectively solve the above problems,improve the efficiency of monitoring and update,and ensure that the wrong image will not be used.This method has been used in the monitoring project of basic geographical conditions of Guangdong Province in 2019,and it has been proved to be worth popularizing.
