Discussion on Digital Management Mode of Smart Chemical Industry Park Based on ICT Technology:Take the Quzhou Green Industry Cluster as an Example

以衢州绿色产业集聚区为例,主要说明了建设智慧化工园区的重要性,探讨了衢州数字化管理模式的设计方案。通过制订顶层规划设计方案,建立数据平台和数据共享接口标准,全面整合高新园区信息化资源,建立一体化大数据决策分析平台和智慧园区各类系统平台,以安全环保动态监管为基线,实现"一张图"管理,对园区实现全天候、全覆盖和立体化监管与服务。

This article takes the Quzhou Green Industry Cluster as an example.It mainly explains the importance of building a smart chemical park,discusses the design scheme of the Quzhou digital management model.By establishing a top-level planning and designed scheme,this article builds a data platform and standards of data sharing interface,and fully integrates Information technology resources in the high-tech park.It builds an integrated big data decision analysis platform and various system platforms,makes the safety and environmental protection dynamic supervision as the baseline,to implement management of"one picture"and the park’s all-weather,full-coverage,and three-dimensional regulation and service.
