摘要
分析了传统地籍测绘技术领域的不足,提出并阐述了倾斜摄影测量新型测绘技术的基本原理和主要特点,详细论述了利用倾斜摄影测量技术获取倾斜影像数据、基于倾斜影像数据外业像控测量及解析立体空三加密、倾斜摄影实景三维模型处理及优化、基于实景三维模型开展地籍测绘等技术方法。以上海市某行政村为实际案例,介绍了利用低空无人机航摄手段获取试验区域倾斜影像数据、实景三维模型数据处理及优化、基于实景三维模型成果开展地籍测绘等应用,最后展望了倾斜摄影测量新型测绘技术应用于相关行业领域的发展前景。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional cadastral surveying and mapping technology,puts forward and expounds the basic principles and main features of the new surveying and mapping technology of tilt photogrammetry,and discusses in detail the technical methods of acquiring tilt image data by using tilt photogrammetry technology,field image control measurement based on tilt image data,analyzing three-dimensional encryption,processing and optimization of tilt photogrammetry real-life three-dimensional model,and cadastral surveying and mapping based on real-life three-dimensional model.Taking an administrative village in Shanghai as an actual case,this paper introduces the application of using aerial photography of low-altitude UAV to obtain tilt image data of test area,processing and optimization of real-life 3 D model data,cadastral mapping based on real-life 3 D model results,etc.Finally,it summarizes and looks forward to the idea of applying the new mapping technology of tilt photogrammetry to related industries.
