摘要
针对目前无刷直流电机(BLDC)驱动器尺寸大、控制效果不理想、稳定性差等问题,设计了基于硬件矢量控制(FOC)的无刷直流电机驱动器。以TMC4671为控制核心,通过电流采集电路实时跟踪相电流,通过编码器获得电机实时位置信息,通过半桥驱动电路驱动电机。TMC4671为硬件FOC芯片,内部通过硬件的方式实现FOC算法。对比软件方式,运算速度更快、稳定性更高。该驱动器的设计能能够为相关开发人员提供参考,并且由于芯片集成度高,尺寸小,使得高性能的嵌入式电机控制成为可能。
Aiming at the problems of large size, unsatisfactory control effect and poor stability of brushless DC motor driver, a brushless DC motor driver based on hardware field oriented control(FOC) is designed.This driver takes TMC4671 as the control core, tracks the phase current through the current acquisition circuit, obtains the real-time position information of the motor through the encoder, and drives the motor through the half-bridge drive circuit.TMC4671 is hardware FOC chip, FOC algorithm is implemented by hardware internally.Compared with software, the algorithm is faster and more stable.The design of the drive can provide reference for relevant developer, and due to the high integration and the compact size, it is possible to achieve high performance embedded motor control.
