摘要
笔者采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18为填料的不锈钢色谱柱和紫外-可见检测器,在240 nm波长下对苯酰菌胺原药和锰锌·苯酰菌胺水分散粒剂试样中的有效成分苯酰菌胺进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,苯酰菌胺的线性回归方程为y=8.2968 x+51.66,相关系数为1.0000;苯酰菌胺原药和锰锌·苯酰菌胺水分散粒剂试验中有效成分苯酰菌胺的标准偏差分别为0.15%和0.03%;苯酰菌胺水分散粒剂的平均回收率为101.50%。该方法灵敏高、操作简便快速,适用于苯酰菌胺原药及制剂产品的含量检测。
A method was established for the determination of zoxamide technical material(TC)and water dispersible granule(WG)in HPLC condition.Acetonitrile and water were employed as mobile phase.Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column and UV-vis detector was used.Zoxamide TC and mancozeb-zoxamide WG were separated and quantitatively analyzed at 240 nm.The linear regression equation of zoxamide is y=8.2968 x+51.639 with the correlation coefficient of 1.0000.The standard deviations of zoxamide TC and mancozeb-zoxamide WG were 0.15%and 0.03%,respectively.The average recovery of zoxamide WG was 101.50%.The results showed that the HPLC method was sensitive and rapid,which was suitable for zoxamide TC and formulation analysis.
