组织建设是党的建设的主要内容之一,也是新时代我们党面临的重大课题。加强党的组织建设,是从党的历史经验、理论发展和实践成就得出的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑的有机统一。新时代推进党的组织建设,要遵循系统性原则、有效性原则和创新性原则,并在实践中以增强政治性为价值导向,以提升基层党组织建设水平为重要目标,以锻造高素质的干部队伍为主要任务,以推进制度化建设为根本保障。

Organizational construction is one of the main contents of the Party’s construction, and is also a major subject facing our Party in the new era.To strengthen the construction of the Party’s organization is the organic unity of historical logic, theoretical logic and practical logic drawn from the Party’s history through the Party’s test, theoretical development and practical results. To promote the construction of Party organizations in the new era, we should follow the principles of systematicness, effectiveness and innovativeness. In practice, we should take enhancing political nature as the value orientation, improving the level of Party organizations at the grass-roots level as the important goal, forging high-quality cadres as the main task, and promoting institutionalization as the fundamental guarantee.
