孔子教育思想在高校创新型人才培养中的运用以积极心理学为视角

摘要 孔子的教育思想富含创新实践,对高等院校创新型人才培养具有积极的影响。因此,借鉴孔子的创新教育思想,高等院校在群体层面营造培养创新型人才的学校制度环境,在主观层面提供机会增强大学生的创新体验,在个人层面开展实践活动培养大学生创新人格特质,就能不断提升高等院校创新型人才的培养质量。 The Confucius education thought is rich in innovative practice and has a positive impact on the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. Therefore, in order to continuously improve the training quality of innovative talents, colleges and universities can create a school institution environment forcultivating innovative talents at the group level, provide opportunities to enhance students’ innovative experience at the subjective level and carry out practical activities to cultivate students’ innovative personality at the individual level by learning from Confucius’ innovative education experience.
