The Confucius education thought is rich in innovative practice and has a positive impact on the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. Therefore, in order to continuously improve the training quality of innovative talents, colleges and universities can create a school institution environment forcultivating innovative talents at the group level, provide opportunities to enhance students’ innovative experience at the subjective level and carry out practical activities to cultivate students’ innovative personality at the individual level by learning from Confucius’ innovative education experience.
