中国农业部于2012年正式启动了中国重要农业文化遗产项目评选活动,为了更好地保护和发展农业文化遗产,必须对其进行价值评估研究。对国内农业文化遗产的价值评估案例以及借鉴历史文化遗产、工业遗产的评估案例中涉及的评估方法进行综述,其中包括条件价值评估法、旅行成本法、品牌价值法、层次分析法等定量评估方法,还有菲尔德法、收益还原法等其他方法,并结合案例进行归纳,最后提出未来可以深入探讨和研究的方向。

The Ministry of Agriculture of China officially launched the selection of China's important agricultural cultural heritage projects in 2012.In order to better protect and develop agricultural cultural heritage,it is necessary to conduct value evaluation research on it.This article summarizes the value evaluation cases of domestic agricultural cultural heritage and the evaluation methods involved in the evaluation cases of historical cultural heritage and industrial heritage,including quantitative evaluation such as Contingent Valuation Method,Travel Cost Method,Brand Equity Method,and Analytic Hierarchy Process.As well as other methods such as Field method and The present value of earnings method,are summarized in combination with cases,and finally put forward the direction that can be discussed and studied in depth in the future.
