摘要 针对京标V0#车用柴油润滑性能波动问题进行深入研究,发现柴油馏程、密度偏低、柴油含水以及抗磨剂疑似变质,是其润滑性能波动的主要原因。指出物质组成是决定柴油润滑性能的内因,抗磨剂只起辅助作用。酸性抗磨剂过量使用,不但不能有效改善车用柴油润滑性,反而引发车用柴油酸度超标。 In-depth study on the fluctuation of the diesel oil lubrication performance of Beijing Standard V0#.It has been found that diesel fuel has low distillation range,low density,generally water-containing diesel fuel,and suspected deterioration of antiwear agents,which are the main reasons for the fluctuations in the lubrication performance of diesel fuel for Beijing Standard V0#.It is pointed out that the composition of substance is the internal factor that determines the lubrication performance of diesel oil,and the antiwear agent is only the external factor and plays an auxiliary role.Excessive use of acid antiwear agent not only can not effectively improve the lubricity of diesel oil,but also lead to excess acidity of diesel oil.
