摘要
衬里结构的设计和配置影响着乙烯裂解炉的保温效果,采用传统优质耐火保温材料,结合新型纳米级保温材料,采用先进的配置方式,优化衬里应用结构,从而达到延长衬里使用寿命,降低散热损失,提高热效率的目的。
The design and configuration of lining structure affect the thermal insulation effect of ethylene cracking furnace.Traditional high-quality refractory of thermal insulation materials,combined with new nano thermal insulation materials,are used to optimize the lining application structure,so as to prolong the service life of lining,reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.
