摘要
采用核磁共振碳谱、红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热仪等方法研究了燕山石化公司无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)4400管材专用料的结构与性能。结果表明:PP-R4400专用料的分子结构及聚集态结构与进口料接近,物理性能及加工性能优异,采用该专用料挤制的管材通过了按照GB/T18252-2008进行的分级认证试验,其MRS值为10.0MPa,达到PP-R100级,综合性能满足GB/T18742-2002对PP-R管材料的要求。
The structure and properties of PP-R4400 pipe special material of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical C o.,Ltd were studied by NMR,IR,GPC and DSC.The results show that the molecular structure and aggregation structure of ppr4400 are similar to imported materials,and the physical properties and processing properties are excellent.The pipe extruded with this special material has passed the classification certification test according to GB/T18252-2008,Its MRS value is 10.0Mpa,reaching PPR100 grade,and its comprehensive performance meets the requirements of GB/T18742-2002 for PP-R pipe materials.
